Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2-4 business days
  • Other cities and towns across Pakistan: 4-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make payment. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will try again or contact you to reschedule.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
