At Nexa Fit, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories (including both straps) included.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order details and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Nexa Fit.
